How to Build #resilienceatwork
Today I will teach staff how to create their own resilience toolkit. With a few simple daily interventions we can overcome our negativity bias and rewire our brain for wellbeing.
As educators we need to put our oxygen mask first before helping young people. By modelling emotional regulation and sharing practices of self-care. We provide powerful role models and pillars of hope to our learners who often struggle with poor mental health.
Reminding them that wellbeing is a prerequisite to academic success.
